Mike and Debby Bivins are celebrating 22 years of marriage and have experienced great change over those years. Mike understands the daily stresses and celebrations that come in the business world, with 13 years experience in the corporate world and 8 years overseeing 2 companies that he and his business partner Mark Brown started in 2001 and 2003. Mike with a business background, and Debby with an education background, experienced a miraculous transformation by God in their hearts, lives, and marriage in 2001.
Coming alongside people in their walk with Christ has always been a passion of theirs, and out of that love for people, “love ‘em up ministries” was founded. Mike has his Masters in Christian Clinical Counseling, and because of Debby’s flexibility as a stay at home mom, the two often pair to encourage, counsel, and love on those the Lord puts in their path. With a testimony of brokenness on the tapestry of their lives, God has placed an enormous burden in each of their hearts to love the hurting and come alongside the brokenhearted to simply live life together.
God has blessed Mike and Debby by giving them three beautiful children on this earth and one beautiful one that awaits them in heaven. Kinsey is 19 and is a sophomore at MTSU. Madison is 15 and enjoys singing, reading, and writing. Michael is 11 and enjoys soccer, X-box, and anything outside. Raising children has been one of the greatest joys and challenges of their lives as “One”.
